“This has been the worst experience. It started off a disaster where I was bid for the job and then AFTER the install team destroyed my unit they realized I didn’t have enough electric to run it. So I told them to just put it all back but bc they destroyed it removing it, they couldn’t. They ended up upgrading the electric to run it for no extra charge. Sounds great. Issue is that since they have installed my unit I have had issues with my AC more than I haven’t and bc it hasn’t ran right my bill has also jumped up. I am currently waiting for a tech to return my call to come look at my broken down AC AGAIN. It worked for an entire 4 weeks before we are back at no AC. Unit installed 6/18 and we have had the AC go out two times. The first time it took nearly TWO WEEKS to get the part in to fix it. I’m only assuming it’s going to be the same this time. I paid thousands for a new unit to have it be less efficient and break down more than my old one. I would never recommend Crystal to anyone.”
